These Terms govern ChatGPT Millionare AI at chatgbtmillionare-ai.video, operated by ChatGPT Millionare AI Team in the United States (“we” or “us”). “You” means the person using the service or the organization they are authorized to represent. We are an independent project and are not affiliated with OpenAI, ChatGPT, TikTok or CapCut. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

1. Accepting these Terms

Read these Terms before creating an account, purchasing credits or submitting a generation. By proceeding after being presented with these Terms, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use those features. Accepting these Terms does not itself provide optional consent to public display, marketing or processing that separately requires consent.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 to create an account or use the generator. If you are 13–17, you need a parent or legal guardian's permission to use the service and upload your own photo; ask them to review these Terms with you. Anyone under 13 must not create an account or submit personal information. Meet any higher minimum age required where you live. A PayPal purchase must be made and authorized by an adult eligible to use PayPal; do not use another person's PayPal account or payment method without permission.

Generation and purchasing require an account. Provide accurate information, protect your sign-in credentials and do not share or resell account access. Tell us promptly about suspected unauthorized access. If acting for an organization, you must be authorized to accept these Terms for it.

3. Generation and delivery

ChatGPT Millionare AI creates a short vertical phone-reaction comedy video from one permitted human or animal photo. Choose the mode, an optional environment and Standard 480p or HD 720p; the service creates an intermediate character board and a generated video using the authorized server-selected performance route.

Available quality, required credits and file requirements are shown before submission. Processing times are estimates, not delivery guarantees. Models, queues and provider moderation can affect availability and completion. We may change providers or supported features, subject to the protections for paid credits below.

AI may change likeness, clothing, hands, background details or mouth movement. Outputs may not be unique or match examples exactly. Review the complete video before sharing it. Minor visual differences and personal preference do not automatically make a completed task a failure. The limited quality-review credit policy below applies to specified serious result issues; this limitation does not remove statutory rights.

Request a quality review within 48 hours for a missing or clearly replaced subject, an absent core phone-reaction sequence or a materially corrupted file. If confirmed, we return the exact 12 or 22 credits consumed by that task. Minor visual or audio variation and personal preference are not covered, without limiting mandatory legal rights.

There is no user cancellation control after a generation enters the queue, and closing the browser does not cancel it. Completed or failed task inputs are scheduled for deletion after 48 hours. You can delete a delivered video from My Creations or contact support for a privacy request.

4. Photo permissions

The tool accepts your own photo if you are at least 13 and, if under 18, have parent or guardian permission. Another person's photo must depict a consenting adult. A pet photo must be yours or used with the owner's permission. Do not upload other minors, celebrities or public figures, even if the image is publicly available.

Permission to generate does not automatically include permission to publish or use someone’s likeness commercially. Keep any authorization records required by law. We or a provider may reject a request despite your claimed permission. Do not bypass a rejection by misrepresenting the subject or submitting altered identifiers.

5. Credits and payment

  • One-time purchases: the Pricing page offers one-time packs of 22 credits for $6.99, 44 credits for $12.99, 66 credits for $17.99 and 110 credits for $26.99. Selecting a pack does not create an order; PayPal checkout begins only when you choose the payment action.
  • Costs: Standard 480p uses 12 credits and HD 720p uses 22 credits per generation.
  • Reservation and settlement: we reserve the required credits when a generation is submitted. A successful task consumes the hold; a terminal failure releases it automatically. A running task cannot be cancelled by closing the browser.
  • Expiry: purchased PayPal pack credits have no scheduled expiry under the current implementation. Promotional or separately granted credits may have different terms shown when granted.
  • Account use: if issued, credits are for this service, are non-transferable and cannot be sold or exchanged for cash except where an applicable refund rule or law requires otherwise.
  • Payment adjustments: if a payment occurs, a refund or reversal may revoke the corresponding unused credits. We may investigate disputes while preserving applicable consumer rights.

Review the PayPal order total, taxes and provider conversion charges before authorizing payment. The page price, PayPal order amount, captured amount and granted credits must match the selected pack. Future price or generation-cost changes do not retroactively alter completed transactions.

6. Cash refunds

Our Refund Policy forms part of these Terms and explains unused-pack refunds, failed-task credit releases, quality reviews and PayPal processing.

You may request a full refund within seven days after completed payment when none of that pack's credits have been consumed. Failed generations release reserved credits automatically; completed tasks follow the separate quality-review policy. See the Refund Policy for the full rules and mandatory-rights protections.

If you have completed a payment and the applicable checkout terms permit a refund:

  1. Email support@chatgbtmillionare-ai.video. Preferably send the email from your account address. Include your order identifier if available and state your request.
  2. If you cannot access your account or find an identifier, contact us within the window disclosed with the purchase and include the details you have. We may ask for more information to verify the purchase and your authority. Do not include passwords or full payment credentials.

Refunds are reviewed manually; there is no self-service refund button.

If credits are reserved by a pending task, we must establish its outcome before confirming eligibility. Avoid submitting a new generation from the pack while a refund request is under review.

Approved refunds normally return through PayPal to the original payment method, and the corresponding unused credits are revoked when the refund is recorded. Provider and bank processing times vary. Mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.

Nothing here limits mandatory consumer cancellation, withdrawal or service-quality rights. We do not treat accepting these Terms or submitting a generation as a blanket waiver of such rights. Where an express request to begin performance and a separate acknowledgment are legally required, those requirements must be met before relying on any exception to withdrawal rights.

7. Content rights and limited processing permission

You retain the rights you lawfully hold in uploaded content. We do not claim ownership of your lawful inputs or generated contributions. You may share or use a generated video commercially if you have the rights and permissions needed for its photos, recognizable people and intended use, and comply with applicable law and the destination platform’s rules. Outputs may not qualify for copyright protection or be exclusive. These Terms do not grant third-party permissions or guarantee clearance for a particular use.

You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to host, copy, process, adapt, transmit and deliver your inputs and outputs only as needed to generate and deliver your video, maintain your library, provide support, secure the service and meet legal obligations. This includes processing by the service providers described in the Privacy Policy, and lasts only as needed for those purposes and the applicable retention period. It is not an unrestricted right to reuse your content.

ChatGPT Millionare AI Team does not use submitted photos or generated videos to train or fine-tune its own models. Kie API processes the media required for generation under its own terms and retention rules described in the Privacy Policy. Public use of a final video in our examples, social posts or marketing requires separate optional authorization. We do not publicly display input photos or content depicting minors.

Our software, interface, branding and documentation remain ours or their respective owners’. These Terms give you permission to use the service, not to copy or resell its software or account access. When publishing outputs, follow the destination platform’s rules and any applicable AI disclosure requirements. Do not present an AI-generated performance as an authentic recording or endorsement.

8. Prohibited use

  • Unauthorized use of a person’s image, privacy or other rights; deceptive impersonation, false endorsements, fraud or targeted harassment.
  • Nudity, sexual content, non-consensual intimate imagery, pornography, hate, threats or content promoting violence or illegal activity.
  • Uploading anyone under 13, another minor, a celebrity or a public figure. The only permitted minor photo is an eligible user aged 13–17 uploading their own photo with parent or guardian permission.
  • Payment fraud, unauthorized payment methods, duplicate-account abuse of promotional credits or manipulation of credit and refund records.
  • Bypassing moderation, access controls or service limits; accessing another user’s content; distributing malware; or disrupting the service.
  • Reselling account access or using unauthorized automation to extract private data, abuse generation capacity or evade security restrictions.

You remain responsible for your authorized submissions and use of outputs. Provider moderation is an additional control, not proof that an accepted request is lawful or authorized.

9. Reports and appeals

Anyone, including a person depicted in an uploaded photo or generated video, can report unauthorized likeness use, infringement or other abuse to support@chatgbtmillionare-ai.video. Include a link to the video or its task identifier if known, a description of the issue, your contact information and supporting context. You can still report without a link or identifier. Do not attach or redistribute illegal material; provide its location or identifying information instead. We may ask for more information to verify a claim or your authority to act.

We review reports and may restrict relevant access while investigating, coordinate with providers, remove content or suspend an account where justified. Urgent safety, fraud and legal concerns may require immediate action. Where practical and permitted, we explain the decision to the affected user and offer a chance to correct a remediable problem. You may request reconsideration by replying to the notice or emailing support with the decision identifier and your explanation. Review times depend on urgency and available information; we do not promise a fixed response time for every report.

10. Account closure and service changes

You can stop using the service at any time and contact support to request account closure. Browser drafts can be cleared locally. Completed or failed task inputs are scheduled for deletion after 48 hours, and delivered videos can be deleted from My Creations. Account, payment, security, support and legally required records can follow different retention periods described in the Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate access for material violations, fraud, security risks or legal requirements. When feasible, we provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue; urgent cases may require immediate restriction. A restriction does not automatically forfeit all unused paid credits. We assess their treatment under these Terms and applicable law, taking account of payment reversals and established misuse. You may appeal through the support channel above.

Permanent shutdown refunds

If we permanently discontinue the service, or permanently remove the paid generation service without a reasonably equivalent way to use existing credits, we will notify affected users, provide a reasonable download window where technically and legally possible, and refund the unused paid-credit portion.

This shutdown refund is separate from any ordinary refund window disclosed with a purchase and is not limited to wholly unused packs.

For each purchase, the refund is calculated as follows: the amount paid multiplied by that pack’s remaining unused, unrevoked credits, divided by its original paid credits. The result is rounded to the nearest cent, with half cents rounded up.

  • Credits already refunded or reversed are excluded, and the refund cannot exceed the purchase amount still unrefunded.
  • Gift credits are excluded.
  • Pending tasks must be settled or released before the final calculation.

Refunds use the original payment method where available, or another lawful arrangement if it is unavailable.

11. Warranties and liability

Except for our express commitments and rights that applicable law requires, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, a particular likeness, unique output or a specific processing time. Third-party providers may change availability or reject requests.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or business opportunities. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, limits mandatory consumer remedies, or overrides our express refund obligations. These limitations do not excuse fraud or willful misconduct. You do not waive non-waivable rights by using the service.

12. Updates and general terms

We will update the date when these Terms change. Material changes affecting paid services or your rights will receive advance website or email notice where required, with their effective date. Changes do not retroactively remove accrued refund rights or grant new optional content permissions. If you do not accept an update, stop using the affected features and contact us about outstanding purchases. We will obtain renewed acceptance where required by law.

These Terms govern service use; the Privacy Policy governs personal information handling, and specific checkout disclosures describe the purchase offered. None overrides mandatory legal rights. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A delay in enforcing a provision does not waive it. Payment, content rights, applicable refunds and legal obligations survive closure to the extent needed to give them effect. For a dispute, contact support first to seek a resolution; this does not prevent seeking remedies available under applicable law.
